When you wear tight shoes for long periods of time, it will cause stiffness in your toe joints. If you are not treating your toes after taking off the tight shoes, the problem will worsen. Here are some exercises to fix bunions. These exercises will help add movement to your toe joints which will alleviate some pain. These stretches and exercises will also help maintain the arch in your feet. By adding mobility in your toe joints, it will relax and stretch the joints after being stiff for long periods of time.
